Owner & Personal Trainer
Chris has pursued taking on the role of spreading health/wellness and fitness to others. With extensive bodybuilding experience, Chris believes if you put your mind to something you can achieve anything possible. Chris focuses on weight loss, hypertrophy training, conditioning, functional movement, and HIIT in his programs.

PHIL MORRISON
Combat Sports & Personal Trainer
Phil is a strength and conditioning coach who empowers people physically, mentally, and emotionally through physical fitness and coaching. His focus is High-Intensity Interval Training designed to build muscle, burn calories and fat, develop the core, and increase cardiovascular health. Philip’s training methods include kettlebell and weight training, yoga, primal mobility, and boxing.

HANK SHARUM
Personal Trainer
Hank started his fitness journey while in the military, and this passion has become a core part of his life. The ability to live a healthier, more confident life is something he wants to share with everyone. Hank focuses much of his training on weight loss, strength development, and conditioning.

SELENE GUNER
Personal Trainer
Selene is a personal trainer with a background in ballet, swimming, and sprinting. Her main focus areas are mobility, strength, and stretching, and she designs high-intensity workouts that challenge clients both physically and mentally. Selene is passionate about helping clients lead healthier, happier lives by not only improving physical strength but also mental well-being. She believes in making workouts enjoyable and empowering for all.

ALYSSA KELM
Personal Trainer
Alyssa, a certified personal trainer with experience at Sacred Heart University, specializes in weight training, strength and conditioning, and sports performance. With a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management and Health Sciences, her passion for fitness was fueled by her own athletic journey. Alyssa's dedication to helping others led her to become a certified trainer, aiming to empower individuals to reach their fitness goals and unlock their full potential.
