Sports Practice


PPM's Sports Academy was created to enhance young athletes sports performance, with a focus on injury prevention.  Athletes will develop athleticism, speed, strength, and enhance their proprioception through our programs that are specific to their developmental level creating long term results.  

Speed and Agility
will be outdoor weather permitting and focused on the performance of the athlete. To get to the next level every athlete needs speed. Speed is a winning advantage throughout all performance based activities. Our coaches teach the latest motor techniques to increase your functional speed and agility.
Strength and Conditioning
teaches the fundamentals of a proper workout. In this class we deliver the science of fitness and performance. Mobility, strength, stamina, nutrition, and lifestyle are the fundamentals we preach.
